Preferably Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Building / Project or Construction Management

Minimum 3 years working experience in related field

Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

To oversee site management, control and smooth operation of the Project Department

To oversee the execution and management of the site activities and to ensure that all cost is properly controlled and wastages of material and manpower are minimized

To ensure proper coordination between site constructions works that includes Civil & Structural, Architectural & M&E works

To verify all sub-contractor’s claims and supplier’s product

To monitor the daily distribution of work and responsibilities to subordinates

To constantly monitor site operations to ensure that it meets local Environment and Safety regulations/requirements

To assist Asst. Project Manager and above on all arrangement for training of personnel
