- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Responsible and able to follow up with customers
- Results-driven and willing to earn based on performance
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp / phone calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
- Collect and verify basic documents from customers
- Follow up closely with customers until approval / disbursement
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth processing
