Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in BPO, fintech, e-commerce, or digital platform environment
Strong communication skills in (Mandarin and English)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to transactions, billing, refunds, and account-related issues
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
Provide accurate information on services, processes, and platform usage
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and operational procedures
