Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field,
Prior experience in customer service, call center, fintech, or digital payment industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English & Mandarin
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity when handling sensitive customer and financial data
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to digital payment services
Assist customers with inquiries on e-wallets, online transactions, payment issues, refunds, and account-related matters
Troubleshoot transaction failures, payment delays, or technical issues
Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Educate customers on how to use digital payment platforms and features
Monitor and detect potential fraudulent or suspicious transactions, and escalate when necessary
Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
