Min. 6 months - 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred
SPM graduate or above
Fluent in English & Mandarin (write, read, speak)
Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer rapport
Responsibilities
Assist and educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels
Handle account/transaction inquiries and provide solutions
Conduct call-backs and follow-ups when needed
Perform basic KYC checks and ensure compliance
