Requirements
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles
-Familiar with accounting software (preferred)
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Able to meet deadlines and work independently
-Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
-Fresh graduate is welcoming
Responsibilities
-Handle monthly billing and invoice preparation
-Verify bills and ensure accuracy of charges
-Prepare and manage monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA)
-Update Accounts Payable (AP) in the accounting system
-Record and update incoming payments
-Assist with banking transactions and documentation
-Support payroll processing
-Perform general clerical duties and filing
-Undertake ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned from time to time
