An individual fully responsible for managing the operations and sales performance of a single retail outlet. This role ensures smooth daily operations, drives sales achievement, maintains team discipline, and delivers excellent customer experience.

1. Outlet Operations Management

• Oversee daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures.

• Manage cash handling processes (cash float, reconciliation, and reporting).

• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock movement, and stock accuracy.

• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store environment.

2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement

• Drive the outlet team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor individual and team sales performance; take corrective actions when needed.

• Plan and execute in-store strategies to boost sales conversion.

• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to improve performance.

3. Team Management & Discipline

• Supervise and manage Sales Assistants within the outlet.

• Handle staff attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.

• Address and resolve internal staff issues professionally and promptly.

• Foster a positive, motivated, and performance-driven team environment.

4. Customer Service & Issue Handling

• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively at outlet level.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
