Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)

  • Able to handle simple documentation and inventory records

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Willing to learn and support daily store and admin operations

Responsibilities

Store Operations

  • Handle daily store duties

  • Receive, check, pack, and issue stock

  • Maintain basic inventory records

  • Coordinate with sales team for order preparation

  • Ensure store is organised, neat, and systematic

Admin Support

  • Prepare basic documents (DO, invoices, records)

  • Update simple reports (stock & order tracking)

  • Support general admin and operational tasks
