Duties and Responsibilities Service Crew

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in F&B is an advantage (but not required)
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Team player with strong service mindset
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Open to learning and adapting to Japanese work culture

Language Requirements

• English, Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
• Mandarin, Japanese (Added advantage)

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts
• Long Hours
• Weekends and public holidays

• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, friendly, and welcoming smile
• Handle customer orders and process payments (cash, card, and digital systems) accurately
• Operate and maintain POS system, walkie-talkies, and other restaurant equipment responsibly
• Prepare sauces, condiments, and basic ingredients according to SOP
• Ensure all workstations are fully stocked and operationally ready
• Clear and clean tables promptly; reset for the next customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, utensils, and equipment (in line with health standards)
• Support both Hall and Kitchen operations as an all-rounder
• Assist in food preparation in the kitchen following proper SOP
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Managerr
