Requirements
Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare sector is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Familiarity with medical devices and equipment or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and outstation to meet clients and attend industry events.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport.
Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, orders, and support.
Product Expertise and Promotion:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s medical equipment portfolio.
Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Market Research and Strategy:
Research and analyze market opportunities to identify new sales channels and prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns promoting medical equipment solutions.
