• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare sector is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

• Familiarity with medical devices and equipment or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications is an advantage

• Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and outstation to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, orders, and support.

Product Expertise and Promotion:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s medical equipment portfolio.

• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to potential and existing clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Research and analyze market opportunities to identify new sales channels and prospects.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns promoting medical equipment solutions.
