Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent

5 years’ experience, preferably in Facilities Management or related field and have strong financial accounting knowledge

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or MIA membership is an added advantage

Fluent in both written and oral of English communication skills

Meticulous, independent with good analytical skills and able to work under pressure

Maintain a proper set of accounting records, financial statements in according to approved accounting standard, compliance with fiscal, legal and statutory requirements

Managing monthly cash flow to ensure adequate funds for Operations activities

Ensure timely preparation of monthly and quarterly of cash flow, financial and management reports

Analyze and interpret accounts, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets

Prepare and compile the budgets for the management, analyze and interpret the budget to the management

Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, regulators, regarding audit and tax matters; provide assurance about the accuracy of the information contained in the financial reports and their compliance with the statutory requirements

Constantly staying abreast with the changes of the standards and regulatory reporting requirements

Do other jobs and other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
