Job Description

Requirements

  • Confident, proactive & willing to learn

  • Comfortable with high-volume calls and meeting targets

  • Able to work in office (in-person role)

  • No prior finance experience needed (full training provided)

  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers

  • Explain personal loan products clearly and professionally

  • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions

  • Follow up on leads and maintain a simple CRM record

  • Set appointments and work closely with the credit or advisory team

  • Optional participation in roadshows or networking events

  • Learn financing strategies, credit evaluation basics & customer handling skills
