At least Bachelor Degree in IT or any related field;

Possess Professional Certification such as CAPM or PMP;

Required skill(s): Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project and Sharepoint;

Able to speak fluently in Bahasa MalaysiaandEnglish .

At least 3 years of working experience in Project Management role for Information Technology Enterprise.

Possess own transportation and must be willing to travel;

Able to work independently;

Hardworking, disciplined, punctual, good in communication skills, willing to learn, honest and trustworthy in work;

Work based in Kuala Lumpur (Desa Pandan).

To be responsible to lead or participate in pursuit of business through pre-sales and project; helping to win and manage more clients and projects;

To be responsible for overall management of projects; to develop project plans and ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are on budget, on-time and on-scope constraints, and that the projects adhere and comply with Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI);

To understanding the business requirements in order to define project scope, deliverables and delivery commitments. Develop Statements of Work as needed;

To drive project activities against plans, and develop and manage project status documentation and communications;

To manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities;

To monitor project status by tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate course of action to mitigate;

To facilitate collaboration across the organization and disparate functions;

To manage and prioritize projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project life cycle;

To motivate the team members with broad knowledge of information technology and software development and the ability to understand complex business requirements quickly;

To provide effective leadership to the project team and ensure that the team members are motivated to create and deliver successfully results to client satisfaction;

To manage internal and external expectations, handling the customer communication, planning the projects, monitoring the Profit & Loss, managing resources via matrix management, managing concerns, risks and issues associated with projects and reporting to senior management;

To ensure adherence to legally binding requirements;

To be responsible to manage several concurrent projects;

Perform any function/responsibility that may assigned by the Management from time to time.
