Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills to manage office operations efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Proficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring seamless time management for top management.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management Office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Arrange travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external window, handling inquiries and providing information.
Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage incoming and outgoing email and calls.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee communication.
