Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 8–10 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry, preferably managing multiple outlets or brands.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine, café, BBQ, and pastry concepts.
Proven leadership ability to manage large teams across different business units.
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle high-stress situations effectively.
Emotionally mature, physically fit, and capable of managing demanding operational environments.
Responsible, disciplined, and results-driven.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel between outlets and provide operational support when necessary.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple F&B brands and outlets.
Manage different business modules including Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine, restaurants, cafés, BBQ concepts, and pastry production.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Lead and manage outlet managers and department heads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor financial performance including sales, cost control, budgeting, and profit margins.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Establish operational SOPs and maintain consistent standards across all outlets.
Handle manpower planning, staff development, and performance management.
Work closely with management to plan business expansion, new outlet openings, and brand development.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure effective coordination between kitchen, service, central kitchen, and administrative teams.
Maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, and brand reputation.
