We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Assistant Project Architect to join our dynamic development team. Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in property development (fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios will be considered)
Professional certification/registration with Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) is an advantage
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
Experience with mixed-use development projects is a plus
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders
Outstanding interpersonal skills for successful team collaboration

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
1. Design & Technical Documentation
Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites
Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications
Using CAD software for drawings with exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and construction details
Printing CAD drawing schematics for architects, construction managers, and engineers
Entering CAD data into BIM systems to create 3-D models and renderings
Preparing drawings, charts, and records using CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques
Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Generate high-quality 3D visualizations for client presentations
Prepare tender documentation and technical specifications
Review and coordinate M&E, structural, and other consultants' drawings
2. Project Management & Coordination
Assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within allocated budget
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization
Manage and track resource assignments, identifying potential challenges proactively
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks with proper documentation
Create project debriefs and facilitate discussions on lessons learned
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and various stakeholders
Prepare and review project cost estimates and budgets
3. Site & Construction Support
Visiting construction sites for measurements and dimension calculations

Review and verify compliance documentation
Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals and certifications

5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Coordinate and attend multiple project meetings simultaneously
Liaise effectively with various stakeholders including:
Government authorities
Suppliers and vendors
Contractors and subcontractors

Technical consultants (M&E, C&S, etc.)
Manage and track multiple stakeholder relationships
Coordinate material selections and specifications with suppliers
