Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth tour operations.

Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during tours in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and vendors.
