Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experienceas a Chef in theF&B or catering industry.
Prior experience in catering, banquet, or event-based cooking is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and large-scale cooking.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to contribute ideas for menu development and improvement.
Good time management and organisational skills, especially under event deadlines.
Able to work effectively in a team-based and fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and on-site event settings when required.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and proper kitchen practices.

Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and cook food for catering events, banquets, and on-site functions.
Ensure all dishes meet company standards for quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and food innovation.
Manage and monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and food preparation planning.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
Comply strictly with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Support food preparation, plating, and packing according to event requirements and timelines.
