Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Proactively convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term business partners through professional phone consultations and WhatsApp engagement.
Account Growth: Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts, identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with our product teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that solve specific client pain points.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including:
Achieving 150+ connected calls per week.
Maintaining a minimum of 1 hour of quality talk time daily.
Innovation:Explore and implement AI-powered tools to refine sales pitches and enhance client engagement strategies.
