Requirements

• Malaysian only

• Possess a Diploma in any field.

• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage client relationships.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibility

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of insurance products, including life, health, and takaful insurance.

• Assess clients' individual needs and financial situations to recommend suitable insurance coverage options.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

• Generate new leads and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and terms in a clear and concise manner.

• Assist clients with the completion of insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and new insurance products to provide informed advice to clients.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals as set by the company.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
