Requirements
- 接受有财务或贷款相关背景的候选人
- 具相关领域的证书 / 大专文凭
- 流利使用本地语言，优先考虑精通华语者
- 欢迎应届毕业生
- 具良好的沟通、汇报及团队合作能力
- 熟练使用 PowerPoint 及 MS Office
- 培训及活动期间能够保持专业形象
- Certificate / Diploma in any related field
- Acceptable for candidates with previous financial or loan-related experience
- Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills Proficient in PowerPoint & MS Office
- Able to maintain a professional image during trainings and events
Responsibilities
- 进行日常培训（新员工入职、销售及产品知识）
- 协助准备培训计划、教材及简报
- 协助组织和执行内部工作坊及活动
- 监督培训效果，收集反馈并优化内容
- 支持公司活动，主持或协助活动进行
- Conduct daily training sessions (new staff onboarding, sales, and product knowledge)
- Assist in preparing training plans, materials, and slides
- Help organize and execute internal workshops and events
- Monitor training results, collect feedback, and improve content
- Support company events by hosting or facilitating activities
