Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma In Accounting
- FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, UBS SQL Account
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency and with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities
- To provide general administrative and operations support.
- General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.
- Duties include attending to reception, photocopying, stationery stock take etc.
- Responsible to answer telephone enquiries cheerfully and efficiently.
- Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor communication.
- Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtors statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and annual financial reports.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
