Requirements
- Certificate in electrical or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years experience in trouble shooting tasks preferably in printing machine.
Responsibilities
- Able to read & understand technical drawing & manuals.
- Able to conducting general troubleshooting, repairing & preventive maintenance of mechanical & electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrument, chilled water system of machines & facility associated equipment.
- Able to work on shift rotate, overtime, emergency call back on rest day & public holiday and able to maintain a daily log book of work done during the shift.
- Respond quickly in the event of a machines & facility breakdown and complete repair order sheet from all departments on a timely basis follow safety protocol before handing over to the shift.
- Able to give proper handover to the next shift and also regular briefing on the shift staff.
- Inform Engineering Executive & Engineering Manager of the recurring breakdown so that day shift staff can rectify the problems on the permanent basic.
- Write simple report, checklist, reporting system by WhatsApp, documentation & log book.
- Able to adhere to the planned maintenance schedule.
- Able to maintain and repair all printing machines and associated equipment.
- Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
- Ability to work without close supervision and within established time frames.
- Able to priorities the breakdown maintenance issues e.g. to attend the department breakdown of machinery on priority. 13. Able to use your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management.
