Requirements
- Possess SPM or Diploma in sales/civil engineering or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in construction/buidling or related field.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently, highly discipline, responsible, punctual and very duty bound.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Able to work on Saturday occasionally (site walk)
Responsibilities
- To monitor project progress, including coordination with client, contractor and developer.
- To manage, supervise and oversee site work in accordance with schedule and drawing specifications.
- Attend meeting at site or developer office, delivery of sample, site visit and etc.
- Conduct inspection of the process to make sure all materials and procedures comply with the plan and specification.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assisigned by Department head.
