Requirements
Fresh Graduate/ 1 year of experience
- Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation
- Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing customer support
- processing the orders and returns
- Resolving the complaints
- Answering customer queries
- Assisting the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
- Checking product or service availability
- Collecting and Analyzing customer feedback
- Responsible for identifying and recruiting TikTok Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, and influencers with a substantial following on TikTok to collaborate as affiliates for our brand.
- Expand our network of affiliates by establishing cooperative relationships with potential TikTok influencers.
- Engage in discussions with TikTok influencers, affiliates, and content creators to finalise collaboration terms.
- Provide product samples to interested affiliates to help them become familiar with our products.
- Skilled in using office software such as PowerPoint and Excel.
