JOB ROLE

Strive to provide pleasant experience for patrons of the Indoor Playground area. Ensure best customer service provided at all times

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the facilities are in good condition and ready for customers.
• Ensure the outlet is clean all the time.

  JOB DUTIES

• To keep a watchful eye on customers and ensure they are safe at all times.
• To constantly check outlet assets such as slides, swings, etc are in tip top condition. In any case of damage to assets, you are to report to maintenance at the soonest.
• To assist in the preparation of any events organized at outlet, which includes setup of booths, props preparation and food & beverage preparation.
• To assist with administration tasks
• To assist with cashiering tasks whenever needed
• To ensure that play area and surrounding areas are cleaned thoroughly.
