Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in for Sales or Marketing or relevant fields.
- SPM Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Result oriented, able to multitask and a good team player. Possess Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Candidates from Baby Industry are an added advantage and encouraged to apply.
- Required to speak fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with the store and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct Sales Activities: To achieve revenue targets and pursue sales opportunities through communicate with customers.
- Build & Maintain Strong Relationship with existing & potential customers: To understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present data to the sales team and management as required.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and coordination between different departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.
- Sales Documentation: Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
