Requirements
Fresh graduates / no experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- 2 - 3 years experience with TikTok platform
- Experience with TSP Line
- Familiar with TikTok Platform and Algorithm
- Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation
- Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable to take care more than 3 TikTok acc
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for live hosts, considering peak viewing times and audience demographics.
- Study the figure, live data and ads to run TikTok Live
- Able to set up Live, train the host, help build the TikTok account, and analyze the operation.
- Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available and prepared for their scheduled live sessions.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor live host performances during live broadcasts, ensuring they engage with the audience effectively.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
- Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their performance.
- Compile daily and monthly sales statistics for each live host, tracking their revenue generation.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions.
- Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment, software, and technical support for smooth live broadcasts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions during live sessions.
- Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.
- Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok's guidelines and community standards.
- Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance.
