Requirements

  • SPM and above.
  • As training will be provided, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record daily sales transactions.
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly inventory reports.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly sales.
  • Processing vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders and send back to HQ for payment arrangement.
  • Generate quotations and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Responsible for processing petty cash and purchase orders.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to financial and accounting functions as needed.
  • Provide support to the operation and finance team in various projects and tasks.
  • Assisting with data entry and record keeping.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
