Requirements

The ideal candidate should be an individual that is willing to learn and constantly strive to positively contribute to the team. He or she 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Excellent copywritting and communication skills to interact with the online community effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Social digital media savvy. Aware of the latest social media, marketing, branding trend and have good knowledge and proficiency on various social media / multimedia platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn and etc.
  • Possess strong creative skills to develop engaging and shareable content.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and use data-driven insights to improve performance and able adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends.

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and manage social media accounts, posting content regularly, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Interact with the audience, respond to inquiries, comments, and mentions promptly, and foster a positive online community.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement new strategies and techniques.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize social media posts effectively.
  • Assist in process orders and handle any sales-related operation documentation.
  • Assist and support in online and offline events.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the business development team and other departments to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
