Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery used in the production process in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality of products
- Monitor production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed to maintain production targets and quality standards
- Conduct routine checks of machinery to identify and resolve any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure that production targets are met
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
