Requirements
- Qualification: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/STPM/Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
- No Experience or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Possess valid driving license.
- Highly motivated and passionate, target drive and ability to work independently.
- Hard working and willingness to learn.
- Required Skill(s): Good communications skills, customer management skills, persuasion and negotiation skills, adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantages.
- Willing to work in Setia Alam.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the team*
- Participate in road-shows, sales activities, launching and products related events as arrange by Management.
- Sources customers through various marketing platform and assist in the development of company marketing campaigns.
- To understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendation (Products, financing, Insurance & JPJ matters).
- Scheduling test drives as per customer request with a view of closing of sales and taking responsibility for car delivery.
- Constantly update with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Uphold a favourable brand reputation by demonstrating a strong sense of professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Flexi Working. Duty according to shift as arrange by Management.
- Full training will be provided.
