Requirements
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is preferred.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the field is requested for this position.
- Able to work retail hours and weekend, including public holidays.
- Dynamic sales target-driven and high performance oriented.
Responsibilities
- To promote the company’s services and products to customers through both online and offline.
- Deliver professional service on skin analysis and recommend a suitable range of aesthetic treatments to customers and prospective client.
- Provide excellent customer care and follow up services.
- Achieving and exceeding KPI targets set by the management.
- Assist in all aesthetic procedures.
- Attend customer enquiries or feedbacks, to provide good customer response and services.
- To handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Any other tasks assign by management as deem necessary from time to time.
