Requirements
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is preferred.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the field is requested for this position.
- Able to work retail hours and weekend, including public holidays.
- Dynamic sales target-driven and high performance oriented.
Responsibilities
- To communicate treatments and prescription effectively with client.
- To help daily sales to meet or exceed sales.
- To follow up customer treatment and condition after service.
- To perform facial treatment.
- To register and arrange appointment customer in the system.
- To answering incoming call and reply message.
- To resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
