Requirements
- Preferably with experience in Interior Design / Sales or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred)
- Confident & outspoken with strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Sales- Driven Mindset and ability to meet Targets.
- Strong Creative Thinking and attention to Detail.
- High Team Spirit, willing to Learn New Things.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Malaysian only.
Responsibilities
- To handle Sales Enquiry, prepare Quotation, process sales orders and other documentation works.
- Provide professional advice on space planning, knowledge, material specifications and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Presenting Design Proposal to Clients and incorporating Their Feedback.
- To conduct Site Visitation, Site Measurement and Problem Solving.
- To handle and carry out Tasks delegated by Superior / Management.
- Staying update on Industry Trends and Design Techniques.
- Responsible in sales performance closing sales and meeting sales target with rewarding commission.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
- Work closely with team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination, leading to customer satisfaction and a positive brand reputation.
