Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/Diploma, in any field.
- Min. 1 of experience as a sales representative.
- Basic knowledge of the Bicycle industry will be an advantage.
- Creativity and resourcefulness
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn.
- Ability to work on short deadlines.
- Entry-level applicants are welcomed to apply too
- Able to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell full range of bicycle products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
- To resolve customer complaints by investigating the problems and developing solutions with the team
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
- Assist to deliver order to dealer’s place.
- Assist to dealer’s warranty claim.
