Requirements
- Cats Lover
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Cats.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia speaking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proactive in providing assistance and advice to customers.
- Team player with flexibility.
- Prior experience in the pet industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
- Offer advice on pet products, care, and health.
- Handle customer purchases and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Manage social media (tik tok, FB , IG, XHS)
