Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations:

  • Administer and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in designing and implementing career development plans for employees.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Track and analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required.

HR Initiatives:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and talent retention strategies.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain HR databases and records, including personnel files and documentation.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
