Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience within accounting
- Experience in restaurant industry would be added advantage
- Or Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Or Knowledge in SQL Software is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Record receipt payments
- Perform all necessary accounts, bank and other reconciliations
- Check, verify and process invoices
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with customer & suppliers for financial data required
- To ensure sales report/purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents
- To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and others department to resolve any issue/discrepancies
- Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
