Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing/retail field
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the outdoor brand and retail industry
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate in more than 2 languages (English, Malaysia, Mandarin)
- Comfortable with 6 days work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
- The Placement will be at EIGER Adventure stores at Jalan Ampang, The Curve Damansara, MyTOWN Shopping Center
Responsibilities
- Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
- Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
- Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
- Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
