Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiry from every platform and book appointment at most efficient timing possible
- Attend to patients needs in the clinic while waiting
- Able to explain pre and post op procedures
- Send reminder and follow up text / calls
- Carry out any ad hoc task assigned by superior
