Requirements
- Can use Mandarin as the working language
- Strong social and communication skills
- Proficient in basic office software skills, work actively
- Familiar with the local internet and entertainment industry market, understanding social, live broadcasting and other pan-entertainment products is preferred
- Engaged in sales career is preferred
- Strong business ability, strong sense of goal and self-motivated is preferred
Responsibilities
- Contact users through WhatsAPP and other means to add the contact information of lost users of the platform
- Establish contact with users and maintain engagement through continuous interaction, including but not limited to voice communication, daily chat, game interaction etc., to enhance users' activity and loyalty .
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and tracking of users, guiding users to be active and consume on the platform, and collecting and feeding back the needs of users
- Efficiently implement service policies and processes for users based on work requirements .
