Requirements

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, etc)
  • The ability to maintain order helps peers and management to meet the Deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and answering calls.
  • Using computers to generate reports, data entry and other relevant activities
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive
  • experience.
