  • Required Skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily administrative document work of the office.
  • Responsible for assisting the company in various meetings.
  • Responsible for assisting air ticket and hotel booking etc.
  • Responsible for purchasing the items needed by the office.
  • Answers phone calls and emails.
  • Filing documents properly into respective file.
  • To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
