Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architectural Engineering and Interior Design.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the supervision of property development or construction projects.
- Self-motivated and is able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily site situations and monitor site records.
- Responsible for all inspection and supervisory role over the trade contractor’s work.
- Ensure the works are in compliance with the drawings and specifications.
- Proper documentation of all activities on site.
- Witness of all material testing, factory testing.
- Participate in all site meetings that are required
- Check and supervise the construction to ensure compliance to the quality and HSE requirements
- To regularly report to Project Manager and Architect on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or nonconforming works or delayed works.
- To identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
- Defect monitoring/supervising during DLP
- Participate, monitor and support Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company’s QHSE objectives and targets are met.
