Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Min 1 years of working experience in administrative work
- Fresh graduated will be considered
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high volume of paperwork and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Prefer indoor/ office job (9am – 6pm)
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin/ Cantonese
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Result oriented, team player, good attitude, well organized, independent and able to multi task
Responsibilities
- To execute and manage gift redemption, contest, warranty claim campaigns
- Preparing summary reports on a timely manner to clients
- Communicating with claimants courteously and tactfully
- Co-ordinate and manage data entries, premium gifts, sending of gifts to claimants
