• Preparing a detailed project plan & schedule with the project milestones, workflow & activities.
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project progression to the clients, superior and internal team.
• Identifying and solving potential risks and issues when arise.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction and meet the quality standards.
• Ensure the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities/ mall management.
• Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.
• Monitor the site progress, resolve any site issues that arise to ensure project handover on time
