Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural IT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and IT.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural IT.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members involved in the selection process.
- Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms, as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process..
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
