Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or any other related fields.
- Work Experience: have a 5-year working experience in independently managing financial tasks.
- Certification: be familiar with IFRS, priority given to those with ACCA, PA, or CIMA certification.
- Language: Malaysian Mandarin, be proficient in Bahasa Malkaysia, Mandarin, and English with good written and oral communication skills.
- Skills: be proficient in using various financial and office software.
- Other qualities: possess a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of knowledge. Additionally, be team-oriented and innovative.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual consolidated financial statements and notes for the company, conduct analyses, and complete annual audit work.
- Provide financial data for budget estimation and conduct analyses of annual and daily budgets.
- Plan and manage company taxation, completing tax declarations and settlement and payment of annual income tax.
- Follow up on and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Participate in in-process controls, conduct reviews of contract payments, handle related accounting tasks, and assist in budget management for business operations.
- Provide guidance and review the preparation of financial statements for branch campuses.
- Collect, summarize, and compile financial reimbursements from branch campuses.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.
