Requirements
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Experience in customer service, F&B or hospitality
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media management platforms, and email marketing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
- Good in finding viral contents, knows how to film and edit short reels using phone app or software
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services
- Enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences
- Devise digital strategies that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers
- Encompass various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and website optimization
